New Year’s Eve Menu Additions 2016

Coconut Clams
Steamed clams with garlic, lime juice, creamy coconut milk and local beer

Deep fried empanadas stuffed with ancho lamb meat and served with pineapple pico and chamoy

Filet Mignon
Pan seared filet mignon with garlic and herb butter, served with creamy mashed potatoes, carrots and green beans

Roasted Cod and Mushroom Chowder
Pan roasted cod with local mushroom chowder and truffle oil

Skirt Steak
Grilled skirt steak served with onion and vegetables kabob with chipotle salsa

Shrimp with Tamarindo Glaze
Sautéed gulf shrimp topped with tamarindo glaze, garlic mashed potatoes and sugar snap peas

New Year’s Eve Drink Menu Additions

Christmas Margarita – Sauza Blue, Grand Marnier, fresh squeezed lime, and cranberry juice.

Poinsettia Cocktail – sparkling wine, triple sec, cranberry juice on the rocks

Egg Nog Martini – Vodka, Amaretto, Frangelico, half and half and vanilla syrup, graham cracker crumb rim

Tequila Flight – 3 one-ounce servings of Corzo Silver, Corzo Reposado, and Corzo Anejo
